ABOUT
Founded in 2014, 5TH GEAR BBQ started out as a competition team participating in several events all over California, Arizona, and Nevada. Cooking under the KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) and IBCA (International Barbeque Cookers Association) banner came multiple awards and request to sample our barbecue. Offering samples of our food to the public rapidly turned into catering request and the rest is history. We take pride in our ability to provide great food and service from a single sample to events large or small.

The Pitmasters menu highlights handcrafted BBQ with traditional side dishes served straight from our smokers. Plus we've added even more to your experience being able to now set up and serve at your location per your request. Relax and have your guests served! We will do it all. All paper goods and utensils accompany each combo.
